Tekkalęp Quality Management

Tekkalęp had started to establish quality system management because of Tofas’s demands and the evolution of automotive sector, in 1995.

Our quality system has been approved by Tofas’ s audit in 1996.

From 1996 to 2001, Tekkalęp Quality Management System had taken QS 9000 Quality Assurance Standard as a reference, and its system had done all requirements of QS 9000.

Our quality system that is main target “Customer Satisfaction” had started to QS 9000 Quality Management System in begin of 2002.

In July 2002, our Quality Management System had been approved by RW-TUV for QS 9000.

Customer satisfaction and kaizen are principles of our quality system which has been working with new goals and had been started to establish ISO-TS 16949 Quality System Standard.
